WHO WE ARE

Kara Dille, CPA

Kara Dille worked for 12 years at Apex Capital, a hedge fund manager. She was initially the firm's Chief Financial Officer and subsequently became the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Apex, Kara worked as a supervising senior auditor in Ernst & Young’s west coast asset management practice where she was responsible for auditing (and preparing tax allocations for) a wide range of domestic and offshore alternative asset investment funds.

Kara received her Master of Accountancy and undergraduate degree from the University of Montana, College of Business. She is an active Certified Public Accountant in California.

Jean Skaling

Jean Skaling worked at Citco Fund Services where she managed client relationships as well as a team of fund accountants to provide third-party fund administration services. 

Prior to joining Citco, Jean managed the quality control group at Fisher Investments and trained employees/managers in intercompany department processes and procedures. Prior to that position, Jean also worked in the trading and client services departments at Fisher Investments.

Jean graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics, emphasis in Accounting at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
